Valerie, here! The holidays, particularly Thanksgiving in the States, often bring a mix of conflict and gratitude, making this season complex for many of us. I've used this time to appreciate those who boldly paved the way for us, making us proud of our identities and journeys even as we continue to find our voices. It's inspiring stories like yours that have been the heartbeat of Tech by Choice over the last four years, and I am profoundly grateful for that.
Change is Coming
From day one, our vision for Tech by Choice has been to create a space free from code-switching, where you can find your first job, build leadership skills, or advance to senior roles. Is this doing the most? Yes, but we fully believe in the idea of go big or go home, and over the last few years, we've developed cohesive programming that will help us achieve it all.
